Effective 16 October 2026. This notice covers successunity.online and the Success Unity application.
Controller and contact
SARA DESIGN, s.r.o., Langsfeldova 5402/1, 036 01 Martin, Slovakia; company ID (IČO) 54 080 169, Commercial Register of District Court Žilina, Sro 78098/L. Contact for privacy requests: saradesignfashion@gmail.com or the postal address above.
Information we process
Account information includes your name, email, Zinzino ID, country and selected leaders. Working tools store contacts, notes, tasks, events, goals, photographs and other information you enter. Learning features store questionnaire answers, ratings and video progress. Technical records can include account/session identifiers, IP addresses, browser information, pages and content opened, completed actions and errors. You provide account and working information; usage information is generated when you use the service. Contact details of other people may be supplied by a member.
Purposes and legal bases
- Account creation, membership checks, access, synchronisation and learning progress: providing the service you request, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Required registration fields are marked; without necessary information we cannot provide membership access.
- Security, preventing misuse, diagnosing faults and maintaining reliable services: our legitimate interests in protecting accounts and operating the service, Article 6(1)(f). Account-linked activity reports also support training and service improvement. They are not anonymous. You may object using the contact above; we assess your circumstances and the applicable legal grounds.
- Hosting working information, including contacts entered by members: providing the requested tools and the legitimate interests of members and the operator in organising their work, subject to the rights of the people concerned. Enter only necessary information, have a lawful reason to use it and inform those people. Do not enter unnecessary health records or identity documents.
- Optional public website statistics: your consent, Article 6(1)(a). Rejecting statistics does not prevent reading the website or entering the app. Optional device notifications require browser/device permission and may be disabled there. Registration does not automatically subscribe you to marketing email.
- Handling privacy requests and other applicable legal duties: compliance with legal obligations, Article 6(1)(c).
Sharing and external features
Contacts are not automatically shared with other partners. Authorised administrators and technical providers may access information for operation and support. A shared material link can show the sender’s name, role, phone, email and photo where supplied. Anyone with the link can view it. The recipient label in local sharing history is not part of the public share record. Senders can see an opening and a separate confirmation of reading; an opening does not prove reading. Videos, external links and browser speech recognition can pass technical information to their providers. Dictation stores the resulting text rather than an app audio recording. Purchases or services on external Zinzino or other websites are governed by those operators’ notices.
How long information is kept
| Information | Period or criterion |
|---|---|
| Accounts, working information and learning records | While needed to maintain the requested account, workspace and learning history, until you remove information or an erasure/closure request is handled, subject to any necessary legal retention. Closing a browser or signing out does not delete server records. |
| Member activity events | The server schedules daily deletion of events older than 90 days. This period is not a retention limit for other records. |
| Synchronisation recovery versions | At most three previous hourly checkpoints, replaced as further checkpoints are created. Removing a current item does not instantly remove an older recovery copy. |
| Shared links | Access expires after 30 days and can be revoked earlier. Expiry prevents access; it does not guarantee immediate physical deletion of every underlying stored object. |
| Browser copies | Until cleared or replaced in that browser. Local copies and the one-time migration backup can remain after sign-out. Clear website data on a shared device after exporting anything you need. |
| Operational logs and provider backups | For the security, recovery and service purposes for which the relevant platform retains them. Backup copies are not active working records; a request must account for them separately. Contact us for the records and safeguards relevant to your request. |
Providers and international processing
The service uses WordPress.com/Automattic hosting and media services, OpenAI Sites hosting with its infrastructure providers, Google for optional website statistics and OneSignal for app notifications. Technical delivery, email, video and browser services may also process information needed for their function. Processing can take place in the EEA and other countries. Provider terms describe international safeguards, including adequacy decisions and standard contractual clauses where applicable. The links below identify the providers’ published notices and terms. Contact the controller for information about the applicable safeguards or a copy where available.
Website choices and browser storage
Essential sign-in, security and requested preference storage support the service. The public website remembers your chosen language in su_website_locale for up to one year and your statistics choice in su_public_statistics for 180 days. Optional Google and WordPress statistics scripts on the public pages start only after you allow statistics. Use Privacy settings to change the choice; withdrawing it reloads the page and removes the known first-party statistics cookies. This does not delete earlier provider records. App account services and its operational/member activity records are separate from the public website statistics choice. You may clear browser storage or disable notifications in your browser; this can affect remembered choices or sign-in.
Your rights and requests
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, object to legitimate-interest processing, and withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. Send requests to saradesignfashion@gmail.com or by post. We may proportionately verify identity and normally respond within one month; any lawful extension will be explained. Requests are handled by an authorised administrator across the relevant account, learning, sharing and provider records. A single in-app deletion does not establish erasure from every module, backup or downloaded copy. You may complain to a competent supervisory authority, including Slovakia’s Office for Personal Data Protection. Membership review is carried out by authorised people; video unlocking checks learning progress and does not itself change your Zinzino placement.
